- FORECAST | Rain! Rain! Rain!
- Runtime
- 3:26
- Date posted

- Description
- Tuesday Morning Weather | June 16, 2026
Rain chances persist through today and we can expect more rain for the next couple of days. We have some light to moderate showers this morning and we will see continued rain through this afternoon and evening with embedded pockets of very heavy rain. Unfortunately, the rain will persist through the next couple days and into the end of the week. Temperatures will be slightly cooler with the frontal passage, but high humidity and dew points will make it feel hot and sticky outside. Taking a look at the tropics, that area of low pressure we have been tracking is marginally conducive for the formation of a short lived tropical storm later today or Wednesday. Regardless of development, this low pressure will bring lots of moisture up through parts of Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

- We had another pretty hot humid day across the Gold Coast. Feels like temperature is got into the triple digits for most places. Now we’re watching our rain chances make a good increase tomorrow Tuesday and the rest of the week. And it has to do a little bit with the tropics, although the system has moved into Mexico and does not look healthy as of this current moment, but the national hurricane did increase the chance this afternoon still a low 30%. A lot of tropical moisture it’s gonna be moving across the area combined with this cold front moving in from the north, but we gotta watch the models are hitting that it could try to move back into the coast to Texas around Wednesday, but we’re gonna have a 70%. You’ll need the green and fill umbrella tomorrow to look at the weather predictor scattered showers and thunderstorms all day and even for the rainfall totals could be anywhere around 2 to 4 inches localized places could see around 5 to 8 inches which is why we’re going t...

- Description
- It’s a warm and humid start today with a mostly clear morning, but his temperatures rise and our Seabreeze moves in in the afternoon. It could spark a quick straight shower. We’re gonna keep a low rain chance for the umbrella forecast afternoon. Highs are going to reach into the lower in mid 90s across the area and stain. Muggy look ahead towards this weekend. We’ll keep little rain chances for Saturday. We’re gonna watch out for rain to increase late Sunday, but the big thing for the next couple of days is going to be the hot, humid weather, heat, and the sea, looking to climb into the triple digits for this weekend an update into the tropics. Our area of development is still at a low 10% chance and it still only has a short window if it wants to develop as it moves in the southern Gulf and then most likely into Mexico by Saturday night Sunday morning, and then it’s not a threat for tropical development, but some of that moisture could start to linger up towards our area as ...
