Christopher Luxon described it as a "major step" in plans to shore up fuel supply.

Authorities have identified the suspected gunman as a 30-year-old male from California, according to multiple law enforcement officials briefed on the latest, CNN reports.
The man armed with a shotgun fired at a Secret Service agent, an FBI official told Reuters. The agent was hit in an area covered by protective gear and not harmed, the official said.
All federal officials, including Trump, were safe. About an hour after Trump was rushed from the event, he posted on Truth Social that a "shooter had been apprehended".

An army veteran, Anthony Te Kahu attended the Christchurch's Anzac Day dawn service in Cathedral to honour his friends who have served. Te Kahu, who served in Bosnia in 1995, said Anzac Day was an important day for him each year.
