Guitarist Noah Le Gros also wore a Palestine jersey during the show.
Bryan’s appearance came just weeks after stadium owner Robert Kraft barred US rapper Macklemore from performing at the stadium over his pro-Palestinian remarks, making the “Free Palestine” shirts worn by Bryan and members of his band a notable statement at the venue.

- US congressional candidate Connie Chan has called for a full US arms embargo on Israel, saying the United States must stop enabling the Israeli government to commit a genocide in Gaza and push forward with an apartheid state.
During a televised debate in California, Chan said previous attempts to condition US support on a ceasefire and humanitarian aid had failed because the Israeli government was “time and again, violating the rights and committing a genocide” while “pushing forward with the apartheid state.”
“It is unacceptable for the US to continue to enable the Israeli government,” Chan said, before declaring: “This is why I support a full arms embargo.”
Chan said that on day one in Congress, she would vote for a full arms embargo “with the goal to end a genocide in Gaza and to end apartheid state.”
When asked if she would support funding for Israel’s Iron Dome system, Chan said she would not.

The Balad party leader said the decision was “not really done by me,” after Supreme Court President Yitzhak Amit told him that the court was likely to uphold his disqualification if he did not withdraw.
Abu Shehadeh is the leader of Balad, an Arab political party in Israel, and a former member of the Knesset.
He stated that efforts to exclude Arab parties are aimed at limiting their political influence, and the move is a push to help keep Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir in power.

Kamilia Kanso, whose son Ahmad was among 13 Lebanese officers killed in Israeli strikes in April, demanded that the government take legal action against Israel.

- The family of Renee Good, a US citizen who was shot dead by an immigration agent in Minneapolis earlier this year, has sued US President Donald Trump’s administration over her death.
Renee Good, 37, was killed on January 7 when an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent fired three shots into her car during Operation Metro Surge, the administration’s federal immigration crackdown in Minnesota.
Her family filed two federal lawsuits on Thursday alleging wrongful death and civil rights violations.
Speaking at a press conference in Minneapolis, family attorney Antonio Romanucci said the lawsuits were about holding the US government and its agencies accountable.
“When government power crosses the line, there must be accountability ... and our government is not exempt from the rule of law", he said.
The lawsuits come months after Good’s death sparked protests over the use of ICE agents in Minneapolis.

- Indian pilot Smit Machchhar has spoken publicly for the first time since being stabbed by his co-pilot during a Flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv.
Speaking to Prime Minister Narendra Modi from hospital in Abu Dhabi, Machchhar described how he continued fighting despite being seriously wounded because he feared the safety of his passengers.
“I was trying to save myself,” he said, “but I also knew that I can't let anyone die".
Machchhar eventually opened the cockpit door, allowing people on board to enter and overpower the attacker as the plane was nose-diving. The aircraft was later diverted to Tabuk in Saudi Arabia, where it made an emergency landing.
Modi praised Machchhar’s courage during the call, telling him prayers and chants were being offered in temples across India.

Gaza’s civil defence said many of those killed were displaced people who had fled Israel’s genocidal bombing of the strip and that rescuers were unable to reach their bodies at the time of the attack due to Israel’s targeting of the equipment needed.

- Speaking to CNN on Thursday, prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu downplayed the severity of Israeli settler violence in the occupied West Bank, describing it as a “tremendous hoax”.
“It’s not settlers actually, it’s about 150, 200 juvenile delinquents who are doing this. And I can’t stomach that … We’re a country of laws,” he said, adding that Palestinians who attack Israeli citizens occupying their lands are "barbarians".
In a report published last month titled ‘The Elimination Project’, Israeli human rights organisation B’Tselem concluded that settler violence in the occupied West Bank is part of a state-backed official Israeli policy aimed at forcing Palestinians off their land and cementing permanent Israeli control over it.
