- President Bongbong Marcos announced that the newly opened CAVITEX-C5 Expressway Segment 3B will be toll-free until the end of April to ease travel ahead of the Holy Week break.
The new road cuts travel time between Taguig and Parañaque to about 15 minutes up to two hours. Around 36,000 motorists and commuters are expected to benefit daily.
