The shell of what appears to be a Russian space rocket was found floating on a flooded village road and no one knows where it came from.
Investigators and technical experts were called to the village to try to identify the object but Russian professor of engineering Alexei Yaskin says that in order to figure out where it came from, they'll have to wait until the water recedes before making a throughou examination, which may take a few days.
