- The Senzo Meyiwa murder trial has been postponed to the 20th of July for the filing of heads of argument.
A lawyer representing Qiniselani Buthelezi, a witness in trial, has told the High Court in Pretoria that his client is now ready to continue with his testimony.
Buthelezi earlier indicated that he no longer wished to testify in the trial, after disputing parts of a statement read out in court. He claims it contains information he never provided to lead investigator, Brigadier Bongani Gininda.

The victims, many in their 30s, all vanished weeks apart on a Thursday and were found 10 to 14 days later. Residents believe this may be the work of a serial killer, who dumps the victims in the river.
According to fourth quarter crime statistics, Rustenburg leads the province in murder cases, but ranks 15th nationwide.
