Units arrived and found a male down in the parking lot.
He was transported with unknown injuries to a local hospital.
San Bernardino PD has taped off the area while investigating the incident as a possible hit-and-run.

An elderly man miraculously walked away with some scrapes and bruised after miss judging a tight mountain turn and rolling his pick up truck about 40 feet down an embankment so steep it might as well be a cliff.
At around 4:45 PM, First responders were dispatched to reports of a vehicle over the side in small neighborhood on the north side of lake arrowhead.
When they arrived on scene, they found an elderly man stuck in his pick up truck that was on its side.
Witnesses say the man miss judged the tight turn on the very small narrow road, and rolled right off the road.
It was said that vehicle rolled over 7 times before rolling off a a 10 ft tall retainment wall at the bottom of the 40 foot cliff.
The vehicle landed in the driveway on its side, of a large lake side mansion.
