On September 17th, at about 3:26 AM, San Bernardino County Fire, CHP, and AMR responded to a crash at 25787 Mesa Ct in San Bernardino.
On arrival, CHP located a vehicle that had lost control and crashed into a home causing major damage.
The driver and passenger were evaluated at the scene by AMR and declined treatment.
CHP performed field sobriety tests and a breath analyzer and the driver was arrested for possible DUI.
Video provided by the neighbor shows the car turn onto Mesa Ct, lose control and a crash can be heard.
There were occupants inside the home but no injuries were reported.
Building and Safety were requested to come evaluate the stability of the home.

According to Riverside County Sheriff Sgt., PIO, Deirdre Vickers, At 8:46 p.m., deputies were dispatched to a traffic collision in the area of Van Buren Boulevard and 56th Street. Upon arrival, deputies determined the vehicle collided with a horse. The driver (sole occupant) was pronounced deceased at the scene. The horse also died at the scene. The owner of the horse has not been located. This is an ongoing investigation, and no further details are available at this time.

DETAILS:
Orange County Sheriff, Stanton Office, and Orange County Fire Authority responded with a full response to reports of a vehicle into a structure.
When units arrived they found a BMW that had taken a turn too fast, jumped a curb, and went airborne. When he went airborne, he clipped a car, bounced off, and then struck the home where it came to rest.
The man hit the garage of the home causing damage to the garage and the Mercedes-Benz in the garage.
Alcohol and speed may have been a factor in the collision.
Building officials are en route to investigate the integrity of the structure.
No one in the home suffered any injuries and the driver of the car refused transport but was taken into custody.

ADOTs freeway camera operators reported over the radio that they observed that the driver of the vehicle had been ejected out of the vehicle.
Emergency crews arrived on scene and the driver was transported in serious condition to a local area hospital.

Arriving companies saw smoke and fire from a couple blocks out
They arrived and found heavy fire inside an abandoned warehouse
Fortunately, there was no roof on the structure, which expedited firefighting efforts
It took a full 1st alarm assignment about 30 minutes to get the bulk of the fire under control
Primary and secondary searches turned up no patients/ residents
No reports of injuries
HFD Arson units have already begun to look over the property, and the fire is suspicious, given the state of the property, lack of electrical in the building, and evidence to indicate people living on site
Water supply issues hindered fire fighting operations a little bit, but fortunately HFD was able to make due

At least two people are in critical condition including a female who was ejected from her pick up truck after a brutal traffic collision took place in colton city tonight.
At around 10:45 PM CHP received multiple reports of a major traffic collision involving a semi truck, and several vehicles with one female ejected from a pick truck and laying in the HOV lane.
When first responders arrived on scene the confirmed the female was laying in the HOV lane but was miraculously alive.
The woman was immediately transported in critical condition.

Firefighters from the City of Riverside Fire Department responded to a call regarding a Husky stuck in a water canal.
When they arrived on scene, they found a large Husky named Teddy that had chased after a cat and jumped inside the waterway and was unable to get out.
The canal is part of the city drainage system that runs into the Santa Ana River.
Teddy was scared and eluded the firefighters for about an hour before they were able to catch him.
After Teddy was captured, he was safely lifted out of the canal using the fire trucks ladder/pully system.
Teddy declined an interview but was not harmed other than sore feet from trying to climb the cement wall.
