The expedition aims to train 300 entrepreneurs who will be encouraged to recycle plastic into useful objects, such as paving stones and pipes, using simple and robust machines.

The 78-year-old has documented poverty in the US, photographed drug addicts, patients in psychiatric hospitals, soldiers back from Iraq. His exhibition is called "An Outsider".

- Remi Seguin has been making cheese on the sheep farm in Aveyron he inherited from his parents. It's unusual for sheep farmers here to make their own cheese, as they have long been encouraged to produce milk exclusively for the famous #Roquefort cheese, which is made in Aveyron.
But as cheese tastes are changing in France, farmers are increasingly starting to make their own.
