- Activists from Pull the Plug delivered 60 cardboard boxes of ‘NHS data’ to Palantir HQ.
The government awarded US spy-tech firm Palantir an NHS contract worth £330m in 2023, despite widespread concerns about the company’s ties to Israel, ICE and the Trump administration.
Posing as DHL delivery drivers in high-vis jackets, the activists told Palantir that they’d come to deliver “60 million UK citizens’ worth of medical data” – and that staff would have to sign for the order.
“I mean, we cant just leave it on the pavement, can we? All that confidential data.”

The price of food reflects how people are treated in society, he says. And a “moral economy” prices food fairly.

It’s already being called the scandal of the century.
In Honduras, a small but vitally important country in Central America, we may have just gotten a glimpse of how a global far-right power operates. It’s a story that allegedly takes in the Presidency of Donald Trump, the government of Israel, a former President of Honduras who was locked away for 45 years and then inexplicably pardoned, a host of his cronies and the US deep state.
And the story includes a whole host of more peripheral but familiar characters like Peter Thiel, drug kingpin El Chapo, and the presidents of Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Bolivia.
It’s being called Hondurasgate.
It’s a pyrotechnic story that for all its contingency and allure, fits snugly into the well-worn patterns of imperialist power across Latin America.
But how would we know if the allegations – presented on a...

How did we get here? And what happens next?

How has first past the post, long promoted as a source of political stability, become the background for systemic chaos? If it is, the first thing that would need to happen is a massive independent audit, followed by numerous expulsions, says journalist Paul Holden.
He tells Novara Live’s Aaron Bastani that the investigation should focus on the role of the rightwing think tank Labour Together, which led a smear campaign against Holden and other journalists.
Auditors should also look into “the historic shenanigans that have happened in the Labour party, and you need to just absolutely clear house,” he says.
“I do honestly think that if you were to do an outside external forensic audit of Labour party finances, quite a few people would have to leave the party as a result,” he adds.
