Because let’s be honest… for something most of us are doing, we’re still wildly awkward talking about it. Between Catholic guilt, dodgy sex ed and the idea we’re all meant to just know what we’re doing, a lot of us are out here guessing and hoping for the best.
Joining Jennifer is sex educator Jenny Keane, who’s here to take the pressure off. From viral workshops (and yes, the great Irish cucumber shortage) to simple, practical ways to shake things up, this is all about getting out of your head, out of the same old routine, and into something that feels good.

- A Fianna Fáil backbencher was sitting behind Michael Healy-Rae in the Dáil chamber yesterday afternoon as the Kerry TD prepared his speaking notes for a confidence motion in the Government.
Peering over Mr Healy-Rae’s shoulder, the backbencher observed the critical line in blue writing among the scribbles: “I will be voting no confidence in the leader of the country.”
The information was passed from the dutiful backbencher down the benches to the Government Chief Whip, Mary Butler. It was the first anyone knew of the shock decision that would leave the Coalition weaker, with a shrunken majority.
The Taoiseach, meanwhile, was down the corridor in his office on the phone to the Canadian prime minister, Mark Carney, who he was supposed to meet last Monday – a visit he had to cancel because of the groundswell of public anger that built all over the country last week.
In another example of the increasingly difficult balancing act...

- A disability campaigner has called the fuel protesters “utterly selfish” for causing nationwide disruption last week.
Tracy Carroll, whose daughter Willow (9), has a severe life-limiting condition, was forced to cancel a hospital appointment for Willow last Monday after continued protests in Meath.
Willow has spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy and is a wheelchair user with complicated needs.
“It wasn’t a protest, it was a barricade,” Ms Carroll said. “The only people they were representing was themselves. It’s continuously the disadvantaged and marginalised who suffer the most.”
The protests led to the Government drafting new measures in a package worth €505m. It will postpone an increase on carbon tax and bring in a fuel subsidy scheme for farmers.
Ms Carroll was afraid to leave her house near Navan last week in case she ran out of fuel.

- The Coalition has presented a mammoth €505m package of supports as it caved to fuel protesters’ demands following days of blockades and dwindling fuel supplies.
The half-billion euro bid to buy off the cost-of-living activists was announced yesterday evening by Taoiseach Micheál Martin just hours after a number of blockades around the country were ended.
The excise cut announced will bring the cost of petrol and diesel down by 10c at the pumps from tomorrow.
In a surprise move, the planned increase in the carbon tax will now be postponed until October as part of a package aimed at placating protesters who brought the country to a near standstill last week.
Mr Martin admitted the upcoming Budget will run a smaller surplus as a result of the package, which has been criticised by the Opposition for failing to address wider cost-of-living challenges.
Martin said the targeting of ports and depots represented a “direct...

- Description
- Taoiseach Micheál Martin has pleaded with fuel protestors to end their blockades of ports, fuel depots and Ireland's only oil refinery as he warned that damage was now being inflicted to the Irish economy at a time of global crisis.
Mr Martin warned that he found it "extraordinary" that Ireland had successfully avoided oil supply issues throughout the US-Israel and Iran war only for fuel protestors to trigger supply scares through their blockades.
Panic buying and supply issues left some garages closed or others limiting the sale of fuels.
In some counties, large queues formed at garages for fuel and consumers sought bulk purchases.
