- HOUSTON, TX – Houston Fire Department crews responded around 9:15 p.m. to a reported apartment fire at the La Serena Apartments located at 1855 Wirt Road.
The incident occurred in the same section of the complex where a previous fire was reported on October 20, 2025. Firefighters quickly brought the situation under control.

- HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a bus near Hiram Clarke.
The incident occurred at 22 Holmes Road. Metro is leading the investigation. The Houston Police Department and Houston Fire Department also responded to the scene.
The pedestrian was transported to a hospital with CPR in progress. The cause of the crash and additional details have not been released.
