The LAPD helicopter spotted the suspect with multiple keys in his hands trying to find a car to steal. - CAMARILLO 5:54PM Ventura County Fire department responded to the 700 block Trueno Avenue in the Camarillo Estates neighborhood. First arriving units, located water, mud and debris flooding the street of Trueno Avenue down to Riente Street and Center School Road as a result of hurricane Hilary. At least one vehicle was stuck partially underwater. Fire crews had to assist one person that was trapped from the rushing waters. Nearby homes were Evacuated from the area due to the severity of the flooding. - A gunman opened fire, killing 10 and wounding 10 Saturday, in the midst of Lunar New Year celebrations in Southern California’s Asian American enclave of Monterey Park, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.
Monterey Police Department officers first responded to a dance hall after reports of a shooting came in at 10:22 p.m. local time Saturday, Los Angeles Sheriff Robert Luna said Sunday morning. People were rushing out of the hall as officers went into the business.
Ten people were killed at the venue, and an additional 10 people were transported to local hospitals conditions ranging from stable to critical, Luna said. Four of the injured were being treated at LAC + USC Medical Center, the hospital confirmed.
Authorities were still working to identify the victims but Luna reported that five were women and five were men..
The motive behind the massacre is unknown at this time.

- Two people were killed Sunday in a traffic collision in Ventura County and a third victim suffered serious injuries.
The crash unfolded overnight in the 4200 block of Market Street. There, police responded to a call regarding a single vehicle crash into a building. When officers arrived, they located two victims deceased inside the vehicle.
The victims were identified as Ventura residents, Antony Moctezuma, age 21, and Agustin De Paz, age 19. An additional passenger was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

As units were responding information of possible explosions and a neighboring residence was being threatened by the fire. The location was the river bottom off the 33 Highway south of Stanley Avenue. Arriving authorities confirmed finding a man hanging onto bamboo in the middle of the flowing water. Copter 5 from the Air Unit was also dispatched for a hoist operation. By 10:13am, the rescue was completed with the man having been extricated from the river. - 65-year-old man was found dead inside an RV that was engulfed in flames in the Exposition Park area of Los Angeles Monday night, and a search was underway for a homicide suspect, according to the Los Angeles Police Dept.
The fire was reported at 11:25 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Browning Blvd. near Budlong Ave., according to the LAPD.
After firefighters put out the blaze, a 65-year-old man was found dead inside the RV.
Witness's reported that a man approached the RV and threw an unknown object at the vehicle before it burst into flames, according to the LAPD. The suspect then fled on foot.

Upon arriving at the location, crews spotted a man on top of the restaurant, and quickly went into an active rescue mode. The man was quickly rescued by the firefighters, tended to by paramedics, and arrested by Oxnard PD. Oxnard Fire took a defensive posture against the fire, and launched multiple aerial hoses to combat the flames. The operation was still ongoing as of 4:45am.
