- Two Texas truck drivers are accused of possessing more than $18,000 worth of England national soccer team gear that investigators say was stolen before the shipment arrived in Kansas City ahead of the FIFA World Cup. Mustafa Salik and Erfan Kamal are each charged with one felony count of receiving stolen property.
