- Dillon is from Missoula, the oldest son of a printer and librarian. He graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in journalism in 2008. He moved to the Flathead Valley after college and worked as a journalist for nearly a decade before joining Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks as the regional communication and education program manager. His day-to-day work centers on promoting and preserving Montana’s outdoor traditions and conservation ethic. This includes managing the hunter, bowhunter, and trapper education programs across northwest Montana and the Hooked on Fishing youth aquatic education program. Outside of work, he recently joined Flathead County Search and Rescue as a volunteer. He lives in Kalispell with his wife, Jessica, and daughter, Maxine.

- I am a Whitefish High-school graduate and I have my Bachelor of Science in Finance from Montana State University. I am a Financial Advisor with LPL Financial and I own and operate the Pin & Cue in
Whitefish with my brother Scott. My wife Holley is flat out the greatest thing to ever happen to me. A close second are my three children, Sean (8), Weston (6) and Madison (3). After losing a number of friends to suicide, I have a strong passion to help individuals facing crisis. I serve on the board of the Nate Chute Foundation which is an organization that focuses on suicide awareness. I also serve on the Logan Health Foundation board. On my down time I enjoy skiing, camping and traveling. Spending quality time with my wife and kids is my favorite activity.

- My name is Kati Persinger, I have worked at Glacier bank for 20 years. Throughout my career I have worked in many different roles, starting as a part-time teller in our Buffalo Hill Office. My current role as Chief Operations Officer allows me to help in many areas of the bank and support customers with their banking needs.
I am fortunate to work for a company engaged in our communities. I was able to join the Flathead Food Bank board in August of 2021 and currently serve as the board secretary. Being part of this organization, has been incredible to see firsthand how an act of kindness can ripple through the community.
My Husband, Matt and I have lived in the Valley for over 20 years and have two teenage children. Our kids keep us busy with sports and all outdoor activities. We love living here and enjoy all outdoor activities-hunting, fishing, and camping.
