- Description
- Temperatures tonight are on track to be warmer as we track a system to our west. We will see lower-40s for the start of Saturday.
Saturday: Waves of showers will push through on Saturday. As the scattered showers continue Saturday night, we will begin to monitor for a winter mix.
Sunday: The question on everyone’s mind… will we see snow on Sunday? Here is what we know so far…. A winter system is expected to set up over the southeast on Saturday/Sunday.
Our confidence has increased that parts of the WRBL area will see snow. However, the best chance to see snow is southeast of Columbus. It is still too early to give out exact snow totals, but we do not anticipate high amounts.
Areas that do see snow can expect the rain to transition over to snow early Sunday morning.
Next Week: Once this front clears, we will see those chilly temperatures in time for MLK day. The good news, there is plenty of sunshine on Monday....

The question on everyone's mind... will we see snow on Sunday? Here is what we know about Sunday so far.... A winter system is expected to set up over the southeast on Saturday/Sunday.
The question is now who will see the winter precipitation. Today's update is showing the best chance of snow southeast of Columbus, across central GA.
