Universal acces is a government plan for the whole country to have good access to network coverage. This policy had been launched in 2013 and its been 10 years from this year 2022 since this agreement.
Vodafone CEO said they can provide services to the people but it will be more helpful if government can help in the infrastructure and electricity to areas where needed. He said it is very expensive for them.
On the other hand, government allocate 4 sites to Digicel and 7 sites to Vodafone so that they can use on the 3th phase of Universal access project.

- Sanma province authorities agreed that Moderna vaccine can be use in Sanma province. This agreement had been made after consultation made by Ministry of health, school principles, church leaders and chiefs.
More consultaion will be made with the area councils to ensure that people in the communities understand the importance of vaccine and how effective it is to the Communities and Vanuatu as a whole.

Their first match was held in Santo where both teams had no points. 2 leg in Port Vila was challenging match at the Korman stadium with over thousand supporters who were present.
Galaxy FC won on 5 goals to 0 against Ruerue FC from Pentecost. Galaxy head coach, Moise Poida was very pround with his team and said they had been looking forward for this big win.
Ruerue FC thank all the supporters and sponsors who came to cheer them and show support despite the lose.

- Director of immigration services, Mr. Jeffery Markson said in a media press conference that under the criteria of tourists visa, a tourist will no longer stay for 30 days like in the past, but will stay for 120 days which is 4 months.

- The ship Kiwi Trader 2 was on its way to Epi when this incident happen.
The office of the Maritime Regulator recieved information on the crews that strong tide and huge sea swells had cause the ship to capsize.
One of the ship engineer was first to jump out of the ship to swim when everyone when all passengers and other crews where inside the ship yet. He was missing. Rescue searches where made but no attempts to find him.
The OMR had finally call-off the search.
