An elderly man miraculously walked away with some scrapes and bruised after miss judging a tight mountain turn and rolling his pick up truck about 40 feet down an embankment so steep it might as well be a cliff.
At around 4:45 PM, First responders were dispatched to reports of a vehicle over the side in small neighborhood on the north side of lake arrowhead.
When they arrived on scene, they found an elderly man stuck in his pick up truck that was on its side.

Units arrived on scene and found a traffic collision with fire, not a structure fire.
The car fire was quickly extinguished.
It’s unclear whether anyone was injured or fled the scene before first responders arrived.
