Responding to Mr Farage’s claim, the Prime Minister told broadcasters: “I think Nigel Farage’s reaction is the wrong reaction, and I start my answer to your question through the eyes of the family.
“They have said they do not want this whipped up. They have been through the most extraordinary, awful experience. They don’t want this whipped up.
“And Nigel Farage is completely wrong to use this to try and create division.
“He would be wrong in any circumstances, but when Henry’s family are saying please don’t do that, it is our son, then really politicians as human beings should start where they start. And that is where I start.”
Asked about a wider inquiry, Sir Keir said it was important the IOPC carry out its work first.

Dalglish, who has been both a player and twice manager of the Reds, shared the news on social media on Tuesday morning having earlier prompted speculation over his health.
The 75-year-old - widely regarded as the greatest player in Liverpool's history - had been in attendance at Anfield nine days earlier for the final game of the Premier League season, where he was part of the post-match presentations for the departing Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson.

- A sexual predator who targeted women while they shopped has been jailed.
CCTV footage caught William Kidd spraying the victims with a substance from a bottle he was carrying as he stalked them. He aimed at the women’s hair or backs, and the victims were often unaware of what had happened.
Forensic analysis later confirmed the substance was Kidd’s semen.
The 27-year-old from Stockport appeared at Manchester Crown Court on Friday 29 May where he was sentenced to four years.

However, Cllr Kelly pointed to two other alleyways, one on Rufford Road and the other on Beck Road, where neighbours have taken ownership and created community gardens, with creative planters made out of oil toilets, sinks and canoes, small vegetable patches, bird boxes, tables and chairs.

Communities across the south of Sefton are battling an “epidemic” of fly-tipping, with waste left on street corners and in alleyways on a daily basis. To explore the problem and how it can be addressed, the ECHO spent a day working with Sefton Council’s waste management, street cleansing and enforcement teams as they did the rounds of alleyways full of rubbish in Bootle and Litherland.
The team regularly come up against sofas, chairs, household appliances like washing machines and fridges, children’s toys and televisions. While we were with them, we came across at least five dumped flat-screen TVs, and the team said that once they found one so wide it was blocking their way through the alleyway.

- Liverpool’s bustling shopping streets bounce to the sound of buskers. A weekend walk up Church Street comes with a cacophony of noise, as amplified singers compete with guitarists, songs fading into one another over the hubbub of the crowds.
Flautist Katie Gilman, 32, has been a regular sound and sight in the city centre since she moved from Macclesfield several years ago. Busking on Bold Street, she told the ECHO: “This is my main job. I quit a job in animal rescue to do this, and I’ll probably go back eventually, but I’ve found I can support myself with music.”
Joe Cenciu, 26, has played violin for 20 years. He spent three years in an orchestra, and now plays on Church Street to support his young family.
Dad-of-one Joe told the ECHO he makes between £20 and £40 per day, and that he is sometimes hassled by people around him.
“But I love music,” he said. “I’ve always done it, and I won’t stop playing.”

- Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene on Liverpool Road in Formby at 1.33am on Saturday, May 30.
Three fire engines arrived at the scene five minutes later to find a garden shed on fire. The house adjoined to the shed was evacuated, and four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using two high-pressure hose reel jets.
Once extinguished, crews remained on scene to complete hot spot checks, dampen down the area, and carry out a home fire safety check on the property.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service told the ECHO an investigation into the cause of the blaze “is ongoing”.
