Shop owners, Chef Aaron Lee and CEO Mallory Gott, received a fully, built out restaurant ready to serve eager customers. The new, 3,000-square-foot-custom designed restaurant came with furniture, equipment, signage and a marketing plan.
The coffee and dining joint was named after Gott's great-grandmother and Lee's grandmother. The contest was a six-month process. It included a cook-off introducing each contestant and their menu to diners and judges. It took place inside the recently closed Vegas Test Kitchen.
