The storm appeared outflow in nature, so it is possible this was a Gustnado. It will likely never be rated due to the weakness of the winds.
Whilst an active tornado warning was in effect, this does not mean that this tornado was created by the mesocyclone, but more of an outflow dominant feature.

- Very large hail and a hidden tornado embedded within a rain core struck near the intersection of Highway US181 & MT19 in Montana, near the town of Roy.
Radar definition was very limited as the storm became tornadic between two distant radar sites.
Luckily there were no injuries however there was localized damage to structures. It's anticipated the tornado had wind speeds of EF0, however there has currently not been a formal verification or rating.

- A severe thunderstorm near the town of Selmer, Tennessee caused whiteout conditions resulting in two vehicles leaving the roadway.
Power lines snapped and the top of a power pole was severed during the strongest cycle of the storm.
The National Weather Service removed the warning on the storm prior to the re-intensification of the cell. The storm was re-warned after a report of severe wind was received.
One car carrying three adults, one baby and one toddler left the roadway after crashing into flooded waters.
Another vehicle driven by a lady also left the roadway less than 100 yards away. She later stated that she could not see the road in the blinding rain.
All occupants from both vehicles were checked on with the assistance of fire, police, and a mobile storm spotter.
There were no injuries, however all occupants were in mild shock.

Kurnell in Sydney's south took the strongest winds at over 200km/h. The area has been declared a natural disaster zone.
Storm chaser, Daniel Shaw, tracked the tornado warned storm through Brighton Le Sands into Malabar.
Up to 2" hail struck and winds gusts around 100km/h.
Around 2hrs later, a second storm swept through the east.

- Temp was approximately 28 deg Celsius = @ 347.79m/s for sound delay.
- Lightning distance calculated at approx = 5.721km
- Estimated Distance (Plane to Camera) = 4.7km
- Estimated Distance (Plane to Strike) = 1.021kms

Being in the plane would have been terrifying, even though aircraft are designed to take direct hits.
I'm certain everyone who has flown through a thunderstorm appreciates "fair weather" when it comes to take-off and landings.
Were the passengers at risk.. I very much doubt it..
Would they be happy to be on the ground, absolutely.
Lastly, as a technical note, the blue fringing you might see around the planes body when the strike hit, is not electrical activity. It's a lens effect called Chromatic Abe...

- At around 10.30am very small funnels appeared from a number of small storm cells around 20km off the coast of Bronte, NSW.
The conditions were perfect for waterspouts to form.
A few funnels appeared then dissipated, but eventually an almost fully condensed waterspout formed with clear ground circulation.
It lasted around 3 minutes
It was a brief, but amazing sight.

Daniel's ear's popped due to a marked pressure drop.
The storm cell was not warned in any way when he casually drove straight into it, on route to accommodation,
Immediately recognizing the signs from the El Reno 2013 tornado event, and the direction of the winds. A decision was quickly made to turn on all emergency lights and reverse whilst watching behind.
A turnaround bay was located and a quick escape north was made to safety.
The possible night time weak tornado did not cause any damage, as it was likely due to an intense rain embedded meso-circulation.

The cow's head is kept above water whilst it struggles in the thick mud and whirlpool of water.
The cow is soon tethered to a car by an experienced rancher and dragged to safety.
The terrified cow is reunited with its "friends" and secured in safe field.

The storm cell near Floydada, Texas became tornado warned, however this thankfully did not impact the town with an actual tornado.
In this storm, hail and high winds, along with amazing structure were the main features.
