Many people, including kids were seen fleeing and being evacuated through the windows of the burning building that also houses Democratic Party (DP) offices before the fire brigade arrived.
By press time, a police inquest to establish the cause of the Monday morning fire that started at around 8am was underway.
The decades, a male victim is yet to be identified.
