AK47, a Ugandan dancehall musician and younger brother to singer Joseph Mayanja aka Chameleone reportedly died on Monday night at Nsambya hospital after falling in a bath tub.

- Opposition politicians, Mr Rashid Sserunjogi (Councillor Bwaise 1), Mr Musa Lukwago (Kyebando East) Kawempe Mayor Mubarak Munyagwa and Mr Muhammad Ssegirinya, the Kawempe North MP aspirant, met on Wednesday to pray for the downfall of President Museveni, who they said has led Uganda to abject poverty, among others, an injustice Allah does not permit.
The politicians burnt essence sprinkled with pepper, their palms facing down in an islamic norm for prayer that is intended to cause downfall to the person to whom it is directed, adding that President Museveni will not stay in power, especially since they have prayed in the holy month of Ramadan, when God is bound to listen to them.
Mr Munyagwa added that they would be joined by other Opposition leaders such as Dr Kiiza Besigye, Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago. They also hope to be joined by Sheikhs from Egypt and Tunisia to cement the prayer.
