- A documentary by a local TV channel in Pavlograd - one of the member cities of ICC-Ukraine - features a succesful Roma community leader Kertulai Ogli, who has settled with his family in Pavlograd 10 years ago. Together with his daughters, Kertulai is very active in the community life, confirms Elena Shulika, local ICC coordinator, who shared this video. Mr. Ogli has established a civil society organisation that carries out a number of Roma community projects, his daughters have their vocal group "Bahtele" and perform all around Ukraine - in Melitopol, Sumy, Kiev, Ivano-Frankovsk, and other cities.
In the video, the Ogli family does not only tell their life story and describe their current activities, they also share the wisdom and the lessons learned on how to build respectful relations with the people from different cultures in a community.

“Without safeguards for the safety of journalists, there can be no free media.” Those are the opening words to a study carried out across Council of Europe member states and Belarus, looking into UNWARRANTED INTERFERENCE, FEAR AND SELF-CENSORSHIP.
Just under one thousand working journalists took part. 54-percent identified themselves as being male and 46-percent said they were female.
