- Britain has had seven prime ministers since the start of 2016 – so perhaps it wasn't too surprising when one London care home resident didn't recognise Andy Burnham during a visit.
The UK Prime Minister was joined by Health Secretary Yvette Cooper at the centre to announce plans for social care reform, aimed at addressing the UK's growing crisis in caring for elderly and vulnerable adults.
Burnham, whose father has Alzheimer's disease and lives in a care home, previously proposed a national care service when he was health minister from 2009 to 2010 under former prime minister Gordon Brown.
Speaking less than two weeks after becoming prime minister, he said he was determined to tackle the issue of social care again "for my dad and the millions like him".

However, temperatures are expected to hit 41 degrees Celsius once again, and firefighters fear that strengthening winds could fan embers and reignite the main blaze.
