Make sure your bottles are clean, empty and dry. Plastic items are labeled with a number 1-7, TFC is mostly looking for numbers one and two. You should not recycle any pressurized bottles, items contaminated with food, or electronics. Plastic bags should be recycled at your local grocery store, not through curbside recycling as it can damage the machinery while being sorted. By recycling more mindfully, it helps make the process more streamline at TFC Recycling.
