- Description
- COVID-19 disrupted our lives in many ways and mothers bore a special brunt - from movement control that meant children were home 24/7 (and needed childcare) to the difficulties of seeking medical care for a myriad of reasons.
In this Mother's Day special, we feature the stories of mothers in Sabah in some never seen before footage, taken earlier this year at the height of COVID.
While we were there, UNICEF also donated medical equipment to selected hospitals that we hope would assist hospitals in providing mothers - and others in Sabah - optimal healthcare.
