A rock climber had fallen off a steep rock face, commonly known as "Power Dome" and was in urgent need of extraction and medical care. Utilizing a helicopter rescue technician (HRT) from Fresno County Sheriff's Office, H-70 performed a hoist extraction of the injured climber, then transported the climber to an awaiting ambulance.

On September 3, 2026, around 11:45 p.m., officers were on scene of a crash at W. Third St. and Gettysburg Ave. in Dayton, Ohio. A Toyota SUV drove at a high rate of speed through the intersection that actively had multiple Dayton Police Department Cruisers and involved vehicles blocking the intersection. When the car came to a rest the driver got out of the vehicle and ran into a backyard with a fence and heavy vegetation. Officers chased the suspect on foot but lost sight of him. The suspect then circled back to where the pursuit ended and stole a Dayton Police Department cruiser. It ended after the suspect crashed, driving completely through a house in the 2300 block of Greenway Street.

In the early morning hours of September 9, 2026, Lakeland Police officers responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 33 at North Combee Road in Lakeland, Florida. When officers arrived, the driver had fled on foot. Officers noticed two child safety seats inside the vehicle and, unable to confirm whether children had been occupants, immediately began searching the surrounding area. Approximately 30 minutes later, the drone operator located 27-year-old Isaac Kinsey in a wooded, swampy area south of the crash site. Kinsey was carrying two children, ages 2 years and 10 months.
