- #Crime: On Tuesday, April 21, the Chico Police Department (CPD) received a report of a hit-and-run collision at an Oroville apartment complex. Witnesses reported a man on a motorcycle, which was believed to have been stolen, smashed into their vehicle and then drove away. Officers then said the rider crashed again and moved down the sidewalk. CPD located the suspect, identified as Jordan Tapp, a short distance away on Cussick Avenue. 📹: CPD.
