The most significant private investment project in the Historic Westside in decades, shareDOWNTOWN offers 104 one-bedroom units measuring about 580 sq. ft. Eighty-four of the units are designated for workforce housing, with rents starting at $1275 per month.

- shareWESTSIDE, a five-story residential apartment complex with 100-plus units being built on the corner of D and Jefferson Streets in the Historic Westside neighborhood of downtown Las Vegas, includes four large format exterior murals curated by Chase McCurdy, owner of ThirtyThree Gallery (33.G). The four four-story murals were conceived and created by Las Vegas-based artists Courtney “Yard$” Haywood and Iandry Randriamandroso.
As conceived by Yard$ and Randriamandroso, their shareWESTSIDE mural concept is entitled “Past – Present – Future – Forever,” and it features four individual murals to represent each element of the neighborhood.

- Big hair, bright lights and a city stepping into its superstar era, this documentary, “The City of Las Vegas: The 1980s,” is funded by the Commission for the Las Vegas Centennial.
The new film is the eighth in a series of documentaries exploring the history of Las Vegas. The first documentary episode, “The City of Las Vegas: The Early Years,” was released May 15, 2019, and focused on the founding and first 20 years of the community.
All episodes were produced by Boyd Productions LLC and were released near May 15 each consecutive year, as that is the date of the anniversary of the founding of the city of Las Vegas, Nevada.

A former high school science and environmental teacher, Tim reimagined the training specialist position by building a comprehensive program from the ground up, including curriculum standards, instructional pathways and hands-on training opportunities.
