The incident which happened adjacent to the ShopRite area on the popular road, has seen motorists trapped in the last three hours.
When our correspondent passed the area at around 12:02pm, a combined team of Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), Nigerian Army, Civil Defence and mobile policemen are trying to restore normalcy as all four lanes are blocked.
