Levin says Smollett didn't complete any actual community service, his restitution is minimal, and there's no admiting of wrong doing.
The attorney for the Osundario brothers has left them...after they've stopped talking.
As for those sealed records? Levin says they could be unsealed soon.
What do you think of this story that seems to get weirder every day?

- Harvey Levin of TMZ says the charges being dropped against Jussie Smollett is "one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen in my career. Ever."
Levin says it is "shady" and a "complete end run around the judicial system."
Levin is especially puzzled why prosecutors would take this case before the grand jury, get 16 felony counts, and then not move forward?
TMZ is reporting that Smollett did volunteer work at Jesse Jackson's RAINBOW Push coalition, that he got credit for. But, this is work that the judge never signed off on.
What do you think really happened here?

- General David Petraeus talks about Israel, Syria, North Korea and more in front of the Syrian Institute for Progress.
On the President's support for Israel's sovreignty in the Golan Heights? "Its going to be very interesting to see what happens in Congress and perhaps more interesting to see what happens in the Arab world."
I asked if it was a "coincidence" this announcement comes in the midst of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's re-election battle? "Do they do politics in Washington? Do they do politics in Tel Aviv? And Jerusalem, of course. I’m shocked!"
On Syria: "This has been so horrific, I have termed this a geopolitical Chernobyl, the melt down of a country."
Petraeus thinks Bashar al Assad will likely remain as President there for the forseeable future. "Saying that he ought to go is different than saying its realistic he will go."
