It featured classical music, jazz, new French chanson, dance, literature, film, creative art, design, architecture and new French circus. The programme ranged from rarely performed works by French composers to opportunities to find out about sweet delicacies. The grand opening concert, which featured Les Talens Lyriques, marked the start of the 2012 EUROPEAN CULTURAL DAYS.

Description: At its meeting held on 5 July 2012, the Governing Council of the ECB decided that:

The interest rate on the main refinancing operations of the Eurosystem would be decreased by 25 basis points to 0.75%, starting from the operation to be settled on 11 July 2012.

The interest rate on the marginal lending facility would be decreased by 25 basis points to 1.50%, with effect from 11 July 2012.

The interest rate on the deposit facility would be decreased by 25 basis points to 0.00%, with effect from 11 July 2012.
