- A 68-year-old man has been brutally murdered and buried in a shallow grave in Msoro Chiefdom of Mambwe District.
The victim, Henry Nkhoma, was discovered on the morning of August 26, 2025, after children grazing cattle stumbled upon a human leg protruding from the earth near Mtetezi Stream.
Eastern Province Commanding Officer Robertson Mweemba has told Diamond News that Mr.Nkhoma had been missing since August 20 after last being seen having supper at his younger brother Steven Zulu’s house.
He says despite an extensive search, he did not return home.
