Also known as yellow bikes, people can enjoy them for 30 minutes at a time, longer for extra charges. But 30 minutes is easily enough to cross the entire area of downtown Helsinki. A one-day pass is 5 euros, while all users can enjoy a one-week pass for 10 euros, and a whole season pass (May to October) for the price of 25 euros.
Altogether, there are about 50 bike stations around the city providing 500 bikes.

- The Hague-based Permanent Court of Arbitration will announce its final decision on Tuesday in territorial disputes over the South China Sea between China and the Philippines.
The Philippines unilaterally filed an arbitration case against China in January 2013, leading China’s refusal to be part of the arbitration. Ahead of the July 12 ruling, the Chinese Government has voiced stern warnings against the tribunal’s findings, saying its ruling may cause serious damage to the international rule of law.
China, in June, said the tribunal had no jurisdiction over the matter, as a declaration it made in 2006 excluded disputes concerning maritime delimitation — among others — from arbitration and other compulsory dispute settlement procedures.

Alex is in wine wholesale business in Beijing at the moment. The main reason he decided to go into this business is because Chinese people believe that France has the best wines.
Wholesale is only a small part of what he does. Holding seminars and going to events to give talks on how to appreciate wine is his line of work .
This is Alex's story.
(PS. When we spoke with Alex on the phone for the first time we thought we were speaking with a Chinese, not a foreigner, such is his fluency in Chinese. It was only when we met him that we believed it.)

That’s right, it's been reported that this woman was living with a dead guy for over a month. The woman is now seeking compensation from Ziroom for… Well I don't know… they didn't really specify what she's after, I'm guessing she's going to want her deposit back? 本届艺术节将于2016年4月25日至5月30日拉开帷幕。来自英国、西班牙、波兰、法国、南非等25个国家和地区的400余名国外艺术家和近400位中国艺术家一道，将在本届艺术节上献上100余场剧场和户外演出，及2个主题展览。
加拿大是本届“相约北京”艺术节的主宾国。活动现场，主宾国形象大使、著名主持人大山表示，4月25日，《中加之春》音乐会将登陆国家大剧院，为中国观众了解加拿大文化打开一扇窗口。
作为中外艺术家共同展示交流的平台，艺术节期间，中国歌唱家龚琳娜将为观众呈现新艺术音乐会《爱·五行》。

In China, there's a channel called iPanda that broadcasts a live feed of everything pandas are doing, and I mean everything. This past week, the pandas have been keeping themselves busy during "mating season". Now porn is still illegal in China, but that doesn't count for Panda porn. You see Panda porn gets a pass. Why? Well we are not too sure. Nevertheless, each year hundreds of thousands of netizens tune into a regular session of good ol' fashion Panda porn. From what's been reported, pandas have adopted the patented position from their doggy cousins among other wild routines. Panda breeding season runs from March to May, so the next time you eat your breakfast panda-cakes, you know what to watch. Mmmm, panda-cakes.

为了让更多的中国民众了解欧洲文化，多彩欧洲项目于3月22日正式启动。
据了解，多彩欧洲项目是由欧洲国家机构文化网络EUNIC群组与欧盟驻华代表团联合打造，各成员国相关机构相互合作的文化推广项目。该项目旨在向青少年及儿童宣传推广欧洲文化。在为期三个月的推广期内，EUNIC中国将在每周于各个成员国的文化机构举办活动，通过有趣好玩的展示，让小朋友们可以近距离的了解欧洲的传统文化、音乐舞蹈，以及美食。
欧盟驻华大使史伟先生在新闻发布会上表示，欧盟的口号是和而不同，文化的多样性可以说是欧洲最具有吸引力的要素之一。
发布会现场还展示了匈牙利民族歌舞，匈牙利驻华大使对本次活动可以增进欧洲与中国的文化交流充满信心。

- 为了推广2016中拉文化交流年，3月18日，首批远道而来的哥伦比亚舞蹈家率先走进了北京市朝阳区三里屯社区，与基层百姓进行了一场别开生面的比舞大会。
活动当天，8位来自哥伦比亚激情加勒比舞蹈团的团员们身着浓郁民族特色的服装，与莺歌燕舞舞蹈队的阿姨们以舞会友，建立起一份特殊的国际友谊。哥伦比驻华大使表示，中拉文化交流年对促进中哥两国文化交流起到了积极的作用。
活动现场，哥伦比亚舞蹈家与社区阿姨们还互相学习了对方的舞蹈。主办方表示，开幕式演出《中拉时间》将于3月24、25日在北京天桥艺术中心正式上演。此后一年时间内，文化年将以“走出去”和“请进来”相结合的方式，通过多种形式为中拉文化建立起互通有无的桥梁。

We begin today's show at the Qingyuan marathon in south China's Guangdong province where 20,000 runners participated in this year's event. The Qingyuan marathon organizers granted each individual runner a complimentary gift box which included water and the cleanest "energy bars" ever created. So off they were, the runners begin their quest in the Qingyuan marathon as volunteers follow closely to make sure everything was ok. But there was one problem, the "energy bars" were being wasted after the runners took one bite out of them. Why you ask? Because those aren't energy bars at all, those are soap bars. Yes, a soap company donated their soap bars to the marathon who then put it in the lunch boxes for the runners convenience. Out of the 20,000 marathon runners, 12,000 had problems such as spasms, sprains, bruises, faintness, or stomachaches. No… Really? One of the event hosts said, "The soap packages indeed look like food packages. It is our mistake." It's a good thing ...
