The club says its revenue could fall by up to 60% after dropping out of the Premier League, after already posting losses of more than £100m.
One unexpected change? The amount West Ham pays to rent the publicly-owned London Stadium is set to fall by around £2.5m a year after relegation - a cost that will fall to London taxpayers.

When challenged by the BBC, the smugglers refused to comment, or denied the allegations.
A shop worker in Woolwich who was secretly filmed agreeing to take cash for a small boat crossing to then transfer it to a people smuggler in France, denied any wrongdoing when challenged on camera by a BBC reporter.
The Home Office says it is “working relentlessly” with European partners to “dismantle the criminal networks” behind small boat crossings and the National Crime Agency says it's "devoting more resources than ever” to tackle people smuggling.

Residents said the noise had been happening most mornings last week and because the street is in a conservation area, many homes do not have double glazing.
US firm Waymo, which plans to be operating a robo-taxi service in London by September, apologised "sincerely for any disruption caused".
