- Three former Supreme Court justices have joined more than 600 legal experts in calling for the UK government to end weapons sales to Israel.
In a letter to the prime minister, they said exports must end because the UK risks breaking international law over a "plausible risk of genocide" in Gaza.
Rishi Sunak is already facing growing cross-party pressure after seven aid workers were killed in an air strike.
On Tuesday, he said the UK has a "very careful" arms licensing regime.

- An Israeli cabinet minister has denied claims Israeli forces deliberately targeted seven World Central Kitchen (WCK) aid workers in Gaza.
WCK founder José Andrés has accused Israel of targeting his workers "systematically, car by car".
Nir Barkat, Israel's minister of economy, told BBC News that Mr Andrés' comments were "nonsense".
Israel said the strikes which killed the workers were a "grave mistake" and has promised an investigation.

- Rescuers in Taiwan are working to reach more than 600 stranded people, a day after the island experienced its worst earthquake in 25 years.
One survivor has recounted how tremors unleashed rockslides "like bullets" around the coal mine he was working at.
The 7.4 magnitude earthquake hit near the eastern county of Hualien, killing nine and injuring more than 1,000 people.
Some stuck in tunnels and near a national park have been rescued by helicopters, but 34 are still missing.
