He and Barry Schwartz, the current tenant of the home, were set to appear in court September 4th to argue why the house should not be taken.

But rain chances are expected to ramp back up overnight into Saturday morning. A small disturbance along the Mogollon Rim could help spark showers late tonight. Rain is expected to move in from the north to northwest after midnight, becoming more widespread across the Valley through sunrise and into mid-morning. By early afternoon, those rain chances should begin to taper off. Temperatures may also be affected. Morning lows will start in the lower 80s, and afternoon highs will depend on cloud cover. More clouds could keep highs in the mid-90s, while more sunshine would push temperatures closer to the upper 90s — still below normal for this time of year.
