«در گذر زمان»، نمایشگاه نقاشی بهروز نقیپور، یازدهم ژانویه در هلند افتتاح شد. این نمایشگاه به مناسبت سالگرد درگذشت نیما نقیپور، فرزند او برگزار شده است. بهروز نقیپور در طول این یک سال، در سوگ پسرش و در تجلی یاد او ٢٧ اثر هنری را آفریده است. او در خلق این آثار از خاکستر بدن نیما، استفاده کرده است.

روزهشتم مارس، در روز جهانی زن در پارلمان اروپا میزگردی با موضوعهدفمند کردن تحریمها علیه ایران برگزار شد. سخنرانان اصلی این میزگرد سه کارشناس ایرانی شادی صدر (فعال حقوق بشر مقیم لندن)، پیام اخوان (استاد دانشگاه درکانادا) و روحی شفیعی (نویسنده و جامعهشناس مقیم لندن) بودند. گردانندهاین میزگرد مریتچی سخاکی، سیاستمدار هلندی بود که عضو حزب دموکرات ونماینده پارلمان اروپاست.
