- A woman accused of having a crack pipe in her car and smoking while caring for her baby in Miami was arrested, authorities said.
An arrest report said an officer spotted Neisha Puentes, 31, inside her car, knocked on the window, and she woke up. She told the officer that she fell asleep due to exhaustion, but later told the officer that she had been smoking crack while taking care of her baby.
