Hundreds of MBTA buses have cameras which are always recording and capturing some unusual images. We first asked for copies of these videos last summer, but the MBTA refused to give them to us, citing concerns about people's privacy.
So we appealed to the Secretary of State, who is the supervisor of public records in Massachusetts, and his office ordered the MBTA to hand over the accident videos from 2009.

- FOX 25 Boston News - http://www.myfoxboston.com - Over the last few years, Jake has spent many days in Childrens hospital, undergoing two separate surgeries to remove cysts on his brain, I was having headaches that came back again, and I had eye surgery on both eyes, Jake says.
One side effect of those surgeries, short stature. After a lot of visits with endocrinologists, they said last year that he is not growing as he should, his weight was increasing accordingly but not his height, says Jakes mom Lorene Begley. So this past March, doctors recommended that Jake take a daily injection of human growth hormone, every night at 9:00pm for the next three years.
