The workers, except for Bose who was unable to attend, were at a meet-and-greet event on Aug. 10.
They were handed a cheque for S$70,805.05, to be split between the seven of them.
The money was raised after local charity ItsRainingRaincoats launched a fundraiser on Jul. 28 to recognise the workers for their bravery.
They were also given handwritten letters and small gifts from members of the public.

This marks Chan's first official visit to BMTC as defence minister.
Drone training is now an integral aspect of BMT, and was rolled out as a compulsory part of recruits' training from July 2025.

In a statement released shortly after the doorstop interview, PUB said that it is conducting thorough safety assessments in consultation with the Building Construction Authority (BCA) and Land Transport Authority (LTA), before reopening the affected road to the public.
"We seek the public's continued understanding and patience during this period. We are working round-the-clock to expedite the recovery of the road. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to residents and motorists," the agency added.

- We spoke with Tsutomu Ogura, former head coach of the Singapore men's national football team, about a month after the Football Association of Singapore (FAS) announced his departure.
Ogura cited personal reasons for stepping down, saying he had to return to Japan for his family.
His final match with the Lions was an away game against Bangladesh on Jun. 10, 2025, where Singapore secured a 2-1 victory.
