The Nigerian government has announced the new brilliant plan. According to it, $322M fund repatriated from the Swiss bank accounts of General Sani Abacha, the former Head of State, will be disbursed to the poor Nigerians.
The poorest citizens of Nigeria will get this money directly to their accounts within two years.
The Nigerian Government also described the procedure for obtaining this financial assistance.
