Francis explains that Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Lesotho are among the biggest sources of visitors to South Africa. Many African visitors come here to shop, access medical care, visit doctors or use services they cannot easily access elsewhere. That spending supports tourism, retail, hospitality, healthcare and jobs.
