- Join us now in watching this special presentation. Thanks to D.C.-based artist Rose Jaffe, a vibrant mural now adorns the playground-facing wall of the Lincoln Park Community Center at 357 Frederick Ave.
Funded by a $30,000 Maryland State Arts Council grant, VisArts led the project with the City of Rockville and Lincoln Park residents. Children from the community joined Jaffe to complete the artwork.
