Medical marijuana: where it started, where it is headed and how everyone can most effectively work together to protect patient rights and fight for more qualifying conditions.
Melissa Fults is the treasurer for Arkansas NORML and has actively fought for cannabis reform in Arkansas since April 2010. She and her husband, Gary, have advocated for patients, both through the initiative process and by testifying at many legislative committees, working to protect patient rights. She is currently working with a group of attorneys to develop a full legal initiative to free this plant in Arkansas.
