Under a revised temporary reciprocity schedule published by the US Department of State, several visa categories now come with much shorter validity and tougher entry limits, including a refundable bond.
Those applying for several categories of new visas will find that what was once a 10-year, multiple-entry visa will be granted a single-entry visa valid for three months, provided they receive a national interest exception.
However, those who hold valid US visas are not affected by these changes.

Description: Cabinet has confirmed it has covered the examination fees for eligible students sitting Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) exams and the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) this year.
The government says this removes a “major financial barrier” for many families.
Parents and guardians who already paid have also been receiving full refunds.
Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne had made the announcement in his budget presentation in December.
