- Over 2 weeks in August, officers from @singaporepoliceforce, @cnb.drugfreesg and @hsa.singapore conducted islandwide enforcement operations on public entertainment outlets. More than 340 e-vaporisers and related components were seized. 11 pods seized from six persons were subsequently tested to contain etomidate.
The operations were part of the Home Team's continuous efforts to crackdown on vaping. From today, vaping offences will carry heavier penalties.
