COS 2025: Strengthening the community and religious sector to advance with confidence
One key strategy to grow the attractiveness of our asatizah sector is through the phased implementation of the Common Salary Guideline (CSG). Since 2023, the salaries of asatizah working in mosques and religious schools have increased by more than 80% to meet the salary ceiling of CSG, with an average salary increase of 5% to 12%.

- The Government will launch a new Home Support Programme (HSP) to support persons with disabilities with low to moderate needs live at home as long as possible. They may tap on the HSP's visiting services, such as monitoring and coaching for independent living and social skills. Similarly, a pilot Enabled Living Programme (ELP) will provide support for persons with disabilities, who are not able to live with their families, to live in designated public rental flats and receive further support.
