Ingredients:
1 Plantain, sliced vertically
1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Oil
Directions:
Slice the plantain in half. Spoon honey over the plantain slices, then sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Heat up oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Place plantains honey-side down and sear until lightly browned. Flip, then brown other side. Serve warm.
